By accessing or using nxsh.click (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Members must accept these terms before creating or managing links from an account.
2. Description of Service
nxsh.click is a URL shortening service that creates short links and shows a transparent destination preview before redirecting. Some features — such as custom slugs, expiry dates, QR codes and analytics — are available only to signed-in members. The Service is provided free of charge and may change or be discontinued at any time.
3. Your Account
Accounts are created by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account you use and for all activity that occurs under your nxsh.click account. You must be legally able to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to shorten, store or distribute links to content that is unlawful, or that facilitates phishing, malware, scams, spam, harassment, or the infringement of others’ rights. You must not attempt to bypass the bot-check, rate limits, or safety screening, or use the Service in a way that harms, overloads, or disrupts it.
5. Links and Content
You are solely responsible for the destinations you shorten and for ensuring you have the right to link to them. Short links are screened against safety providers at creation time, but this screening is not guaranteed to catch every harmful link. We may disable, ban, remove, or let expire any link at our discretion — including links reported as abusive — without notice.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any destination reached through a short link is safe or accurate.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, nxsh.click and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service or any destination reached through it.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account and its data from the account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, or remove your links, at any time if you violate these terms or to protect the Service or its users.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and may ask you to accept the revised terms again. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
